In this era of rapid technological advancement, access to information and knowledge via the Internet has become a necessity that is not just convenient, but also a key to developing potential and opening the door to unlimited opportunities. “Giving is the door to opportunity, and learning is the key to the future.” At Chawla Charity Foundation, we believe that providing the best educational opportunities for the youth, especially by supporting them to have equal access to the digital world, will be an important foundation to build a brighter future. And with a commitment to improve the quality of life and education for Thai youth, we are committed to bringing assistance to areas in need, one of which is Ban Bo Luang School, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province, where we have supported wireless internet equipment to expand the scope of learning and lead the children into the modern world.
Ban Bo Luang School is a small school located in a rural community in Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. Surrounded by peaceful nature and the simple lifestyle of the villagers, it currently has 98 students. The children here grow up surrounded by love from their families and teachers. Although resources and budgets are limited, all teachers are still determined to do their duty with all their hearts so that the children have the opportunity to learn and grow up strong. This school may not have the latest technology or complete equipment like schools in big cities, but what is abundant is the smiles, the curiosity to learn, and the heart that never gives up on every child.
On June 17, 2025, the Chawla Charity Foundation team traveled to Ban Bo Luang School with a heart full of determination to bring better learning opportunities to the children. Thanapol Mekmok, the village headman in the area, honored us as the main coordinator for organizing this activity. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, smiles, and excitement from the children. Every sparkling eye expressed their hope and determination to learn new things that were about to come. What the Chawla Foundation delivered this time was more than just things, but an important foundation for raising the standard of education in the digital age. It consisted of 1 Toto Link 24-channel Switch Hub, 20 Unify AP LR Access Points, LAN cables, and a complete set of LAN cable connection devices. These devices will help expand the scope and increase the efficiency of the wireless internet network within the school, allowing students and teachers to access knowledge resources quickly and comprehensively. In addition, to refresh and bring smiles to the children, the Chawla Foundation also brought 10 packs of drinking water and ended with a distribution of delicious ice cream that created laughter and happy smiles for all the children.
The equipment we have delivered will enable the school to expand its internet coverage throughout the entire campus. Teachers will be able to conduct online teaching more effectively, and most importantly, every child will have the opportunity to access a vast world of knowledge far beyond the walls of their small classroom. This access will serve as a vital foundation for developing essential skills and broadening their horizons, allowing them to grow with confidence along their own path.
