Lunch Program at Kawila Anukul School, Chiang Mai

On Saturday, August 22nd , Chawla Charity foundation and its volunteer team visited and hosted a lunch for disabled children from Kawila Anukul School, who have live in facilities and cater for Autistic children and other special needs.

We heard the sound of children as soon as we arrived there. Some of them were helping us by carrying food and leading us to canteen and some of them ran to us happily as they have known that they would have a special and delicious meal.

We were helping the school’s staffs to prepare food and the dining hall to be ready for serving lunch. The lunch menus were Boiled eggs spicy salad, Green curry with pork balls and ice-cream for dessert.

We all had such a great time on this visit and really learnt about their life while we were having fun at the same time despite in a very short period of time. Overall, it’s such a great and positive day and was an amazing experience. We are sure we would definitely go and visit them at the school foundation again.
